I use Noise filter->Dust then for final presets, you could use Raw filter something, it's exactly the same as Lr

This didn't work for me-it gave me options of no eyeball or an eyeball that looked like Sloth from Goonies

So you would not recommend using acid etched glass for any kind of DSLR scanning because you "bake" the texture of the glass into the captured image?

Just a note - there is no pressure plate - the metal plate is a film sheet holder - the pressure is coming from the springs in the back - you can shoot glass plate or sheet film in the holder

YES.... I do my dust and edits in Photoshop (CS-5). It is a bit time consuming. However - I have a lot of time on my hands being "retired". Thank you - Jon - for the posting of this. ;-)

Man, I really miss Polaroid sheet and pack film! Very clever process and use of the film holders.

The answer regarding plain glass as compared with the etched glass is a matter of eliminating Newton rings which you will get if you only use plain glass. I purchased special anti-newton glass but maybe this etched glass from the glass shop will work just as well, I don't really know. But yeah, plain glass will give you ring patterns on your image. This is a great design!

once the frame counter activated, a 220 format back will fit the number of frames that copes with 135 36 frames film. For loading in the 220 back I tape a 40 cm long piece of 135 film cut out of an old film, so frame number one on the back fits with the beginning of the film.
